All of our technicians are OSHA, scissor/Boom lift, and Manufacturer-certified for any systems they work on.
We are an ESA (Electronic Security Association) Member. After 6 months of experience, our technicians get certified as CAT I technicians and NICET I certified. After 2 years of experience, our technicians upgrade their certifications to CAT II and NICET II. All of this training ensures that our technicians are able to rapidly service and install your equipment without compromising national codes and standards.
Our call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we provide 24/7 dispatches for service. We work with commercial and residential clients of all sizes.
